So.
I'm continuing to try and adjust to the schedule of a part time unpaid employee, a part time semi-paid employee, and a full-time student...while keeping my schedule full of fun things so I don't lose my sanity. I start my GA position today and classes tonight as well. There are several days where I leave my house at 9 am and I don't get home until 10 or 11. That's pretty insane in my opinion - my cat is gong to hate me, since I'll never be home. :( My house is already looking incredibly neglected.
But I just have to keep reminding myself that I only have to do this for a year before I can get a real job and not have to deal with such an insane schedule. For once I finally feel like I am ready to do a 9-5ish job. I am, actually, getting a little tired of the broke time-crunched student life. As the gf and I were discussing the other night - I wonder how different life would be if I never really had to worry about money. Not like making a million dollars or something, but having enough to cover bills, and food, and the basic stuff without worrying.
Anyway, off to start my day.
